okeh.aside from jogging yang sedang menjadi faveret exercise i sekarang ni,

usually if i joined the aerobic class, ada je lebih kurang gerakan semacam ini
but, this is good for your abs, helps toning your body
dan mencantikkan butt and thigh
so for those pear-shaped that want firm and tight thigh and butt, u should try this!
